We are proud to pamper regular clients as well as our visitors from out of town who come to South Padre Island just to experience the magic of Massage & Healing Arts Center. We understand the mind-body-spirit connection, and have treated thousands of loyal guests to a level of healing and rejuvenation that rebuilds the self that has been damaged by stress to the body and soul.

Massage & Healing Arts Center believes that beauty of body and spirit comes from healing and relaxation; mental as well as physical. We are friendly and welcome you to come in anytime!

Dolores

Dolores Ferrentino owns and operates The Massage & Healing Arts Center and has been serving South Padre Island and beyond since 1986 when she came to the Island for "just a short visit". When she saw South Padre she fell in love with the island and has remained since. As many can attest, South Padre has grown since Dolores' arrival and she has been a proud professional member of the community from the beginning.

Coming from Queens, New York, Dolores recognizes that people are too often overworked and overstressed and get caught up in their high paced world. Seeing the toll it took on their lives, and the impact that overworking the body and spirit had on their physical health and relationships Dolores decided to study yoga. Noticing how much better she felt doing yoga she fell in love with yoga and is certified to teach yoga. Dolores blends the concept of holistic healing of therapeutic massage with the power of relaxation, Energy Balancing, acupuncture, colon cleansing and good ole fashioned intuitiveness for her well being and is ready to assist you on your journey of health.

Dolores brought her professional work ethics and unique abilities learned from her father and mother, Anthony and Antoinette Ferrentino, with her. Dolores doesn't function in the "Land of Mañana"; she's here to help you today! She knows all of her therapist’s therapeutic strengths and she constantly evaluates these strengths to place you with the correct therapist for your special therapy.

Benytha (Bea)

Benytha (Bea) is a Texas licensed Massage Therapist who is accomplished in all massage techniques and specializes in Deep Tissue and Reflexology massage therapies. Just tell Bea where your aches and pains may be and she is capable of “sensing” your therapeutic needs and she will communicate with you to create the “perfect” massage. Bea is also a licensed nail technician for manicures and pedicures. Plan on your next therapeutic massage, manicure and pedicure visit with Bea and she will relax you head to toe!

Adam

Adam is a Texas licensed Massage Therapist that has earned a loyal client following. His ability to apply his talented therapy to achieve the upmost wellbeing keeps him in demand. In Adam’s words; “I love both my wife and daughter and I enjoy basketball as well as jogging. I just want to make everyone feels rejuvenated and relieved of stress. I completely love my career as a massage therapist and the love for my family has led me to become a natural at the art of massage and my multiple repeat clients reflect my hard work and determination.

Jennifer

Jennifer is a Texas Licensed Massage Therapist who says; “Massage Therapy is my passion and every day I am blessed to have the ability to help others through the power of touch. Touch is so important, it promotes healing and wellbeing to the body. I do not see my job as work because I see it as an opportunity that has opened many great facets for my personal growth and my client’s healing.” Jennifer specializes in deep tissue massage and any modality that will quiet your needs. My goal is that my client receives the best care and massage each and every time.

Madi

Madi has been a Texas licensed Massage Therapist since 2001 and she has enjoyed every day since doing what she was meant to do; heal others. Madi knows that the healing art of massage therapy “speaks” to her and she naturally provides the best therapy for each body to heal physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Madi is proficient in all techniques of massage therapy and excels in deep tissue massage. Just tell her the massage pressure you want and she will adjust her technique pressure to be perfect for you.

Racheal

Racheal is a Texas Licensed Massage Therapist who came about the profession by her need to share her gift. She feels her gift of massage has opened the gateway of the power and need of touch and it has allowed her to have a more personal view of others. Being passionate about what she does allows her to help others. It also has guided her to a more spiritual path allowing her to be more in-tune with herself and others. Her passion for massage not only has played a part in healing others, but it has also healed her mentally and emotionally. Racheal says; “I have found my calling. Through deep tissue massage and joint mobilization which allows oxygen and blood flow to those areas which are rarely manipulated, bringing relief to problematic areas of pain and stiffness inspiring an overall health and healing benefit.” Come, benefit from Racheal’s gift of massage.

Christina

Christina is a Texas Licensed Massage Therapist who was trained at the European Massage Therapy Institute in San Antonio. She is adapt in the technique of combining the most effect elements of Swedish, prenatal (if applicable), Hot Stones and Pressure Point Therapies, stretching and Deep Tissue massage to tailor every treatment best for each individuals needs. Christina worked at many spas, gyms, chiropractic offices and independently and when she came to The Massage & Healing Arts Center for a “summer job” she was trained by Dolores & her Associates in the art of natural healing through therapeutic massage. Through this tutelage, Christina has found her true calling and a home here with us. Her massage is deeply restorative and relaxing and we know you will enjoy her massage.

Michael

Michael is a Texas Licensed Massage Therapist that has earned a loyal clientele following. His ability to apply his talented massage therapy to achieve the upmost wellbeing keeps him in demand. We learn new techniques from each other on an ongoing basis. Giving and receiving helps us keep our craft fine-tuned, Michael says! He has the ability to help everyone feel rejuvenated and relieved of stress with his calming demeanor. He loves his career as a massage therapist and practicing his art for his family and puppy has led him to become a natural at the art of massage. Michael's multiple repeat clients reflect his hard work and determination.” In short, Michael enjoys what he does and does what he enjoys.

Krishna

Beth

Beth is a Texas Licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate of The Relaxation Station, INC who’s love of therapeutic massage grows every day and she loves learning about the different massage techniques used around the world. She has continued her training anatomy, physiology, prenatal and deep tissue massage and when Beth joined the Massage & Healing Arts Center she received personal training from Dolores and our experienced massage therapists to complement her training for becoming an accomplished therapist at the Center.
Beth says that “People who incorporate massage into their daily lives are happier, healthier and less stressed and it is her pleasure to share and inform her clients of the benefits of Therapeutic Massage and she is blessed to be a LMT where she can share her knowledge and gifts with her clients at Massage & Healing Arts Center.”
